Aspira at Anthem

For the past 6 months we have had problems with our neighbors and management hasn’t done anything. We have reported numerous times that the neighbors having loud parties late at night blasting their music as well as throwing their trash, cigarettes, beer cans, and blunts on our cars. Our garage is right below their balcony and everyday we find something new that they have thrown on our car. They don’t do background checks like they claim they do and they don’t enforce any of their own policies. They will put notices on their door but won’t actually evict anybody for breaking policies and or laws. We have even submitted photos to management of the things our neighbors are doing and they still won’t act. The maintenance team is awesome though and gets things done efficiently. I wish the office team would do the same. On top of all of that the internet and tv provider that is mandatory here is horrible. You pay and arm and a leg for a service that is mediocre at best. If you work from home or do online school, good luck. It’s either the internet isn’t working or your neighbors will be too loud to get anything done.

Overpriced and Maintenance doesn’t keep up with the Buildings. There has been glass on the stairs to my building for WEEKS. They have a trash service that rarely comes to pick up the trash And their new maintance man Rugur is aggressive with the tenants and insults them when they try to use the amenities WHILE HE WAS IN THE POOL THAT WE PAY FOR.

It’s a okay place to live but not worth the price. I’ve had multiple maintenance problems where it’s been difficult to get a hold of management and even with putting in an urgent maintenance request, I had to wait a week before I received a response. They also sent the renewal form to the wrong email and so I was stuck paying pro-rated rent. When I tried to talk to management about it, they were short and seemed bothered

Beautiful apartments! The security system is nice + the interior is great. I’d say the negatives are the doors to rooms are cheap, constantly kept falling off the hinges and we’d have to fix them, parking is really hard to find (I’d get a garage or carport), and you have to pay $170 for cable monthly which was an unnecessary cost to us, and I wish we’d had the option to just pay for wifi. A bit expensive, but overall a nice place to live. Feels very safe!

The pros, staffing was amazing(like always). The luxury rooms are beautiful, people are nice, dogs are nice.. I wish I had more pros. I have enjoyed living here. The luxury rooms are beautiful, 3 stars. But I have lived here for 6months and I’m already moving.. location is bad due to traffic on Mountain View, with stairs being outdoors, outdoor winds and snow conditions make it really bad to enjoy living here. A lot of people use the pool/gym. I only wished they cleaned it more. Parking gets bad so make sure you get a garage. Two it and runs no cams Thank God for the Gray Star overlord‘s upper West in West Jordan is more of my taste and more affordable. Please note. I was only here for 6months I never addressed these problems with staffing directly.
